Laughlin AFB
Laughlin AFB
Laughlin Air Force Base, located six miles east of Del Rio, Texas, is one of six bases included in the AETC military housing privatization project. This project consists of 18 demolished units and 516 renovated units. Hunt is acting as the co-developer, asset manager and general contractor for this project.
 
Fort Bliss
Fort Bliss was one of eight projects under the United States Section 801 Build-to-Lease program, which included provisions for Leased Housing for America’s military bases. Hunt built 300 new Army family housing units in a cul-de-sac design theme to provide a community setting for the men and women and their families who were stationed at Fort Bliss in El Paso, Texas. The project also included neighborhood improvements such as curbs and gutter, driveways, sidewalks, fire hydrants, and landscaping, and was completed in August 1991.
