| Robins AFB |
| Huntington Village is a 670-unit privatization project for the Air Force at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. The Robins project also involved a complex set of land exchanges between the developer, the city of Warner Robins, and the Air Force aimed at revitalizing the surrounding neighborhood. The construction element of the project included the demolition of 219 houses, construction of 370 new homes, and the whole house renovation of 300 existing homes. Hunt acted as the developer, general contractor, and property manager on this project. |

| MOBCOM Kansas City is a family housing privatization project for the United States Marines located at MCB Kansas City, Missouri. MOBCOM is part of the 1,118-unit development project, 29 Palm/KC. This portion of the project includes major and minor renovations to 185 housing-units. Hunt was the developer and Hunt affiliate, Hunt Building Company was the general contractor for this project. |
