| Military District |
| Military District was one of eight projects under the United States Section 801 Build-to-Lease program, which included provisions for Leased Housing for America’s military bases. Hunt built 1,242 new Air Force and Navy family housing units in a cul-de-sac design theme to provide a community setting for the men and women and their families who were stationed at the Military District in Washington, DC. The project also included neighborhood improvements such as curbs and gutter, driveways, sidewalks, fire management and maintenance facility, and was completed in October of 1995. |
