| MOBCOM Kansas City is a family housing privatization project for the United States Marines located at MCB Kansas City, Missouri. MOBCOM is part of the 1,118-unit development project, 29 Palm/KC. This portion of the project includes major and minor renovations to 185 housing-units. Hunt was the developer and Hunt affiliate, Hunt Building Company was the general contractor for this project. |

| Buckley AFB |
| Buckley Air Force Base is located in Aurora, Colorado. Buckley is a military housing privatization consisting of 351 homes. Hunt constructed 51 four-bedroom homes and 300 three-bedroom homes for members of the Air Force and their families assigned to Buckley. Hunt served as developer and general contractor on the project and is currently asset managing the homes for the U.S. Air Force for the next 50 years. |
