Robins AFB

Huntington Village is a 670-unit privatization project for the Air Force at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. The Robins project also involved a complex set of land exchanges between the developer, the city of Warner Robins, and the Air Force aimed at revitalizing the surrounding neighborhood. The construction element of the project included the demolition of 219 houses, construction of 370 new homes, and the whole house renovation of 300 existing homes. Hunt acted as the developer, general contractor, and property manager on this project.

Scott AFB

Scott Air Force Base is a military housing privatization project consisting of 1,593 total end-state homes. Hunt is responsible for the demolition of 445 homes, renovation of 411 and construction of 608 new homes. Hunt is also acting as the developer, general contractor and asset manager for this project.

Camp Pendleton

Camp Pendleton is a multi-phase military housing development for MCB Camp Pendleton in San Diego County, California and Quantico, Virginia, which consists of 4,610-units. To date, this is one of the largest privatization projects accomplished. The construction element of this project includes new and replacement construction of over 1,500 new homes, renovation of 1,800 exiting homes, and the remaining requiring no work. Hunt is the general contractor and co-developer for this project for the Camp Pendleton portion.
