Kirtland AFB

Kirtland Air Force Base is a military housing privatization project comprising 868 units. Hunt’s responsibilities include construction of approximately 860 new homes, and rehabilitation and demolition of 700 existing homes. Hunt is the developer, general contractor, and property manager for this project.

Buckley AFB

Buckley Air Force Base is located in Aurora, Colorado. Buckley is a military housing privatization consisting of 351 homes. Hunt constructed 51 four-bedroom homes and 300 three-bedroom homes for members of the Air Force and their families assigned to Buckley. Hunt served as developer and general contractor on the project and is currently asset managing the homes for the U.S. Air Force for the next 50 years.

Scott AFB

Scott Air Force Base is a military housing privatization project consisting of 1,593 total end-state homes. Hunt is responsible for the demolition of 445 homes, renovation of 411 and construction of 608 new homes. Hunt is also acting as the developer, general contractor and asset manager for this project.
