Langley Air Force Base, located in Virginia, is one of three bases included in the BLB military housing privatization project. This project consists of 379 renovated units and 1,051 new homes. Hunt is acting as the co-developer, asset manager and general contractor for this project.

Camp Pendleton

Camp Pendleton is a multi-phase military housing development for MCB Camp Pendleton in San Diego County, California and Quantico, Virginia, which consists of 4,610-units. To date, this is one of the largest privatization projects accomplished. The construction element of this project includes new and replacement construction of over 1,500 new homes, renovation of 1,800 exiting homes, and the remaining requiring no work. Hunt is the general contractor and co-developer for this project for the Camp Pendleton portion.

MOBCOM, Kansas City

MOBCOM Kansas City is a family housing privatization project for the United States Marines located at MCB Kansas City, Missouri. MOBCOM is part of the 1,118-unit development project, 29 Palm/KC. This portion of the project includes major and minor renovations to 185 housing-units. Hunt was the developer and Hunt affiliate, Hunt Building Company was the general contractor for this project.
