Columbus AFB

Columbus Air Force Base, located in Mississippi, is one of six bases included in the AETC military housing privatization project. This project consists of 211 demolished units, 105 renovated units, 202 units that will remain as-is, and 146 new homes. Hunt is acting as the co-developer, asset manager and general contractor for this project.

MOBCOM Kansas City is a family housing privatization project for the United States Marines located at MCB Kansas City, Missouri. MOBCOM is part of the 1,118-unit development project, 29 Palm/KC. This portion of the project includes major and minor renovations to 185 housing-units. Hunt was the developer and Hunt affiliate, Hunt Building Company was the general contractor for this project.

Scott AFB

Scott Air Force Base is a military housing privatization project consisting of 1,593 total end-state homes. Hunt is responsible for the demolition of 445 homes, renovation of 411 and construction of 608 new homes. Hunt is also acting as the developer, general contractor and asset manager for this project.
