Goodfellow AFB

Goodfellow Air Force Base, located in San Angelo, Texas, is one of six bases included in the AETC military housing privatization project. This project consists of 96 demolished units, 2 units that will remain as-is, and 292 new homes. Hunt is acting as the co-developer, asset manager and general contractor for this project.

Camp Pendleton

Camp Pendleton is a multi-phase military housing development for MCB Camp Pendleton in San Diego County, California and Quantico, Virginia, which consists of 4,610-units. To date, this is one of the largest privatization projects accomplished. The construction element of this project includes new and replacement construction of over 1,500 new homes, renovation of 1,800 exiting homes, and the remaining requiring no work. Hunt is the general contractor and co-developer for this project for the Camp Pendleton portion.

Buckley AFB

Buckley Air Force Base is located in Aurora, Colorado. Buckley is a military housing privatization consisting of 351 homes. Hunt constructed 51 four-bedroom homes and 300 three-bedroom homes for members of the Air Force and their families assigned to Buckley. Hunt served as developer and general contractor on the project and is currently asset managing the homes for the U.S. Air Force for the next 50 years.
