Elmendorf AFB

Elmendorf Air Force Base, located outside of Anchorage, Alaska, is a multi-phase military housing privatization project. Phase I included the demolition of 176 homes, transfer of 584 homes, renovation of 200 homes, and construction of 420 new homes while Phase II consisted of the new construction of 700 homes and major rehabilitation and relocation of over 200 homes for members of the Air Force and their families assigned to Elmendorf. Hunt was the co-developer and is currently asset managing the homes for the U.S. Air Force for the next 50 years.

MOBCOM, Kansas City

MOBCOM Kansas City is a family housing privatization project for the United States Marines located at MCB Kansas City, Missouri. MOBCOM is part of the 1,118-unit development project, 29 Palm/KC. This portion of the project includes major and minor renovations to 185 housing-units. Hunt was the developer and Hunt affiliate, Hunt Building Company was the general contractor for this project.

Camp Pendleton

Camp Pendleton is a multi-phase military housing development for MCB Camp Pendleton in San Diego County, California and Quantico, Virginia, which consists of 4,610-units. To date, this is one of the largest privatization projects accomplished. The construction element of this project includes new and replacement construction of over 1,500 new homes, renovation of 1,800 exiting homes, and the remaining requiring no work. Hunt is the general contractor and co-developer for this project for the Camp Pendleton portion.
