Hanscom AFB

Hanscom Air Force Base, located in Bedford, Massachusetts, is one of four bases included in the Falcon Group military housing privatization project. This part of the project consists of 353 renovated units, demolition of 153 units, construction of 177 new homes and completion of work in progress on 88 homes. Hunt is acting as the co-developer, asset manager and general contractor for this project.

Robins AFB

Huntington Village is a 670-unit privatization project for the Air Force at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. The Robins project also involved a complex set of land exchanges between the developer, the city of Warner Robins, and the Air Force aimed at revitalizing the surrounding neighborhood. The construction element of the project included the demolition of 219 houses, construction of 370 new homes, and the whole house renovation of 300 existing homes. Hunt acted as the developer, general contractor, and property manager on this project.

Scott AFB

Scott Air Force Base is a military housing privatization project consisting of 1,593 total end-state homes. Hunt is responsible for the demolition of 445 homes, renovation of 411 and construction of 608 new homes. Hunt is also acting as the developer, general contractor and asset manager for this project.
