MCAS Yuma

MCAS Yuma is a family housing privatization project for the United States Marines located at the Marine Corp Air Station in Yuma, Arizona. This project consists of 290 renovated units and 220 new homes. Hunt is acting as the co-developer, asset manager and general contractor for this project.

Robins AFB

Huntington Village is a 670-unit privatization project for the Air Force at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. The Robins project also involved a complex set of land exchanges between the developer, the city of Warner Robins, and the Air Force aimed at revitalizing the surrounding neighborhood. The construction element of the project included the demolition of 219 houses, construction of 370 new homes, and the whole house renovation of 300 existing homes. Hunt acted as the developer, general contractor, and property manager on this project.

Buckley AFB

Buckley Air Force Base is located in Aurora, Colorado. Buckley is a military housing privatization consisting of 351 homes. Hunt constructed 51 four-bedroom homes and 300 three-bedroom homes for members of the Air Force and their families assigned to Buckley. Hunt served as developer and general contractor on the project and is currently asset managing the homes for the U.S. Air Force for the next 50 years.
