Documents required for Active Duty Military Application
Below is a list of required documents for this property. Please review the list as you are preparing to submit your application.
- Official Military Orders - If you do not have official orders please send in your RIPS, Drafts, or In Lieu of Memorandums, however your official orders will be required before your lease is signed.
- Marriage Certificate - Only needed if spouse is not included in Official Orders.
- Birth Certificates - Required for all children not on official orders.
- Most Recent end of month LES - Upload Most Recent end of month Leave and Earnings Statement (LES)
Documents required for All Other Applicants
There will be a $35 application fee per person over the age of 18.

- Pay Stub - Most recent pay stub for all adults that will be on the lease.
- Offer or Congratulatory Job Letter - Offer or congratulatory letter for current/future position for applicants that are not Active Duty.
- Marriage Certificate - Marriage certificate for applicants.
- Birth Certificates for Children - Birth certificates for all children
- Screening Authorization - After signing, whether it be through Adobe or a physical signature, please save the document and upload.
Any parties over the age of 18, unless otherwise specified in your state, must submit an acknowledgment.
