Documents required for Active Duty Military Application
Below is a list of required documents for this property. Please review the list as you are preparing to submit your application.
- Special Power of Attorney (SPOA) - If the service member will not be present, please be sure to upload a copy of a valid SPOA that states permission to receive government quarters.
- Military Orders (PCS Orders)
- Deers/Page 2 - Only if family members are not listed on the orders
- Most Recent end of month LES - Upload Most Recent end of month Leave and Earnings Statement (LES)
- Vehicle Registration - For all vehicles that will be on the premises.
- Pet Info (photo, microchip, etc - if applicable) - Photo of Pet, Vaccination Records, and Microchip Information
Documents required for All Other Applicants
There will be a $35 application fee per person over the age of 18.
