Documents required for Active Duty Military Application
By submitting this application I acknowledge that I understand I am required per the tenant lease agreement to pay my rent by allotment. If I am USCG/USMC I will need to initiate my allotment and provide proof of allotment prior to signign my lease.
Below is a list of required documents for this property. Please review the list as you are preparing to submit your application.
- Government Application DD1746 - Please download, complete, and upload completed form.
- Release of Information
- Orders - Please upload your PCS orders. This is a required document.
- Proof of Dependency - Service Member must provide proof of each individual dependent if it is not included in the supporting documents of the application. Examples are DEERS, marriage certificate, custody agreement.
- Most Recent end of month LES - Upload Most Recent end of month Leave and Earnings Statement (LES)
- Wait List Acknowledgment - This is the Wait List Acknowledgment Form that is required. Please fill out completely before submitting your application.

Below is a list of required documents for this property. Please review the list as you are preparing to submit your application.
- Government Application DD1746 - Applicant must complete DD 1746
- Release of Information
- Proof of Housing Qualification - Please submit your PCS orders or Proof of Housing Qualification.
- Proof of Dependency - Applicant must provide proof of dependents if it is not included in the supporting documents of the application (DEERS, marriage certificate, custody agreement).
- Income Requirement - Three times the amount of rent. Please upload proof of income.

- Screening Authorization - After signing, whether it be through Adobe or a physical signature, please save the document and upload.
Any parties over the age of 18, unless otherwise specified in your state, must submit an acknowledgment.
