At Hunt Military Communities, we have fully implemented all aspects of the Tenant Bill of Rights. These rights are designed to ensure transparency and protect the interests of our active duty residents.

Your concerns matter to us. Hunt Military Communities offers a step-by-step dispute resolution process for tenants. Start with the Owner’s Informal Dispute Resolution Process. If needed, you can then elevate your concern to the Military Housing Office (MHO) and, if unresolved, move to the Government Dispute Resolution Process as detailed in the Universal Lease.
