Committed to those who serve

We are honored to show our appreciation for military service members by offering programs and events that celebrate and support them.

These initiatives aim to raise awareness and provide helpful resources, while also offering everyday support to service members and their families. Our mission is to strengthen community connections and provide meaningful support to military families.

Working Together

Hunt Military Communities Foundation

The Hunt Military Communities Foundation (HMCF) is dedicated to honoring and supporting the brave service members and families who dedicate so much to our nation. Through strategic partnerships, impactful donations, and mission-driven programs, we remain committed to improving the quality of life across military communities.

In 2024, HMCF increased its financial contributions by over 30% from the previous year, allowing us to expand our reach and deepen our impact. By focusing on key areas such as health, education, housing, and overall well-being, we continue to drive meaningful change and create lasting opportunities. From recognizing the strength and resilience of military children to funding scholarships that support personal and professional growth, we are proud to stand beside the families who sacrifice so much for our country.

Military Family Advisory Network

The Military Family Advisory Network (MFAN) is a trusted organization committed to understanding and amplifying the voices of military-connected families. Guided by a mission to inspire data-informed change, MFAN envisions a world where these families are empowered to thrive. Through a peer-leader network, scientific research, and innovative content delivery, MFAN creates impactful programs that address real needs and connect families to vital resources. More than just an organization, MFAN is a reliable network built by and for the military community.

Hire Heroes USA

Hire Heroes USA provides the #1 requested service, employment assistance, to thousands of transitioning military members, veterans, and military spouses each year through one-on-one personalized support and dedicated guidance.

We embrace the diverse backgrounds, experiences, and skill sets of the U.S. military by ensuring every veteran and military spouse has access to the resources and opportunities needed to thrive in the civilian workforce.

Hunt Military Communities Foundation Scholarship Program

The Hunt Military Communities Foundation (HMCF) offers a scholarship program designed to assist active-duty service members, National Guard, or Reservists from any of the five branches of the United States Armed Services, as well as their dependents, who plan to continue their education in college or vocational school programs.

Each year, HMCF awards scholarships to support these individuals as they pursue secondary or technical education, whether they are just beginning their academic journey or returning to school to advance their careers. This initiative reflects HMCF’s commitment to empowering military families through educational opportunities.

Hunt Little Heroes

In honor of Month of the Military Child in April, Hunt Military Communities proudly celebrates children ages 4–15 through its ‘Hunt Little Heroes’ program, recognizing the everyday moments and actions that make military children heroes in their communities.

Families are invited to submit their Little Hero stories for a chance to be named “Hero for the Day” at a special local event, with all participants receiving a custom cape, mask, and a commemorative purple coin—symbolizing the military tradition of “coining” as a mark of honor and respect.

Operation Homefront

Hunt Military Communities Foundation (HMCF) and Operation Homefront are proud to continue their collaboration in supporting military families through the annual Back-to-School Backpack Brigade. Prior to each school year, HMCF distributes backpacks filled with essential school supplies—including pens, pencils, paper, scissors, and binders—tailored to the needs and grade levels of children ages 4–16 living in HMC communities across the continental U.S. and Hawaii. This initiative helps ease the financial burden of back-to-school preparation and ensures military children are equipped for a successful academic year.

The Travis Manion Foundation

The Travis Manion Foundation (TMF) is dedicated to uniting and strengthening communities by identifying, training, and empowering role models who lead with character and purpose. Through impactful programs, training opportunities, and events, TMF equips veterans and families of the fallen to serve as leaders and mentors, passing on their values to future generations and their communities. In continued support of this mission, the Hunt Military Communities Foundation proudly partnered with TMF’s Character Does Matter program, which inspires young people to live with integrity, leadership, and a commitment to service.

Celebrate America’s 250th Anniversary with Hunt Military Communities Foundation!

As we approach America’s 250th anniversary in 2026, Hunt Military Communities Foundation is excited to announce a creative contest for students from 4th grade through high school! This is a unique opportunity for young minds to imagine and plan the ultimate birthday celebration for our nation.

Here’s the challenge: If they were in charge of America’s 250th birthday party, how would they celebrate? Who would they invite—famous figures, everyday heroes, or even historical icons? What activities, music, and food would make it a celebration to remember? Students are encouraged to think big, be imaginative, and design a party that reflects the spirit of this historic milestone.
