Hunt Military Communities Makes Major Investment In Moody Family Housing

EL PASO, Texas (July 11, 2023) - Hunt Military Communities (HMC), the largest U.S. military housing owner, is currently investing $3,400,000 at Moody Air Force Base on initiatives including HVAC replacement, an extensive sewer line replacement, and painting project.

Specifically, 167 homes in Quiet Pines and 72 in Magnolia Grove will receive new HVAC systems. Magnolia Grove will also receive new paint touch-ups on the front porch columns and exposed aluminum fascia that are peeling. And finally, HMC will invest nearly $1M in a sewer line replacement in the Quiet Pines neighborhood.
