Little Rock Family Housing Undergoes Major Reinvestment

EL PASO, Texas (July 11, 2023) -- Hunt Military Communities (HMC), the largest U.S. military housing owner, is investing $1,970,000 at Little Rock Air Force Base on initiatives including HVAC replacement and smoke detectors.

This project will be a multi-year funding strategy to update and replace older HVAC systems. The result will be homes that are more comfortable for our residents and improved energy efficiency. Additionally, smoke detectors are nearing the end of their recommended life cycle. As a result, new smoke detectors will be installed in all homes.

"Hunt Military Communities is committed to investing in our communities for our residents," said Brian Stann, Chief Executive Officer of Hunt Military Communities. "Little Rock Air Force Base will benefit from these reinvestment projects by providing updated homes for our military families, our partnership with the Air Force, and the support of Little Rock military leadership."
